Baby Holderman #3 - Due 4/6/12

It's been awhile since we've posted, but life has been busy with a lot of ups and downs. We found out in August that we are expecting baby #3 for the Holderman Family! Baby #3 was brought into this world sharing a womb with two other siblings (Baby B & Baby C) but with much sadness, we said goodbye to two of our triplets at 10 weeks. This was a difficult time for us, as we had been through it before through the loss of Brady's twin at 16 weeks, but we pulled through and are overjoyed that Baby #3 stuck and is healthy and growing perfectly. So we are happy to say that Baby Holderman #3 (sex to remain unknown until birth, as usual!) will be joining us in early April!

Lucy Growing Up

Lucy turned 18 months last month! She's getting to be quite big, just like her big brother. Her 18 month stats were 22 lbs and 33 inches tall. She's in the 75th percentile for both - so long to the days of a "little" girl. I guess we just grow them big!

Mother's Day 2011

Brady and Lucy spent the day doing yardwork, playing outside, flying a kite and running around the yard with Mommy for Mother's Day - that's all a Mommy really needs! :-)

Easter 2011

Daddy was pretty excited for Easter this year since both kids are old enough to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt. They had a great time finding their baskets that the Easter Bunny hid around the house and also the eggs that were hidden. Lucy got her first taste of candy and we may have awoken a monster!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Brady!

Brady turned 3 years old on March 4th. Where has the time gone? He has turned into quite the amazing little man and we couldn't ask for a better son. Although, he isn't so little - he measured above the 95th percentile at his 3 year check-up weighing in at 40 lbs and 40 inches tall. We love you, Brady Barrett Holderman!

Baseball Season!

Brady got a baseball tee for his birthday, so he started learning how to hit the ball off of the tee. Even though Mommy and Daddy are both left-handed batters and showed him their way, he immediately turned to bat righty.

Berbee Derby

Andrea ran the Berbee Derby on Thanksgiving Day, a 5k race in Fitchburg, WI with about 6,000 participants. Her results were a new PERSONAL BEST of 26:42 (8:36/mile pace). She placed 15th place out of 206 runners in her age group!

Pennsylvania 2010

Andrea and the kids went on a trip to Pennsylvania with Andrea's family to visit Brady and Lucy's Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Barrett. Everyone had fun and the kids made it through the 35+ hours in the car without a problem!

Halloween 2010

We had a great Halloween this year. Andrea made costumes for the whole family from scratch. The kids had fun trick-or-treating, but even more fun handing out candy at our front door. Mommy and Daddy even had fun at their Halloween party!
